How do I book service?
Call us or send a service request through the site, whichever suits you. Either way you end up talking with a real BigWave specialist about what you need. For most projects we come out, look at the property, then put together options and pricing. You decide from there. That’s the whole process.
Can I get a quote online?
You can start one. Send your details through the request form and a specialist will follow up with you. What we won’t do is guess at a number sight unseen. Shoreline, water depth, and access all change the price, and an online guess is just a number we’d have to walk back later. Once we’ve seen the property, you get real options and real pricing.
Can I change my service date/time?
Life happens, especially on a lake calendar. Tell us as soon as you know and we’ll figure out what works. The earlier you reach out, the more room there is to move things. Spring and fall book up tight, so changes in those months take a bit more juggling.
What are you daily hours?
The season sets our hours more than the clock does. In the busy months our crews are out early and working late. The request form is open any time, day or night. If you call and nobody picks up, we’re probably standing on a shoreline. Leave a message and we’ll get back to you.
How long does it take to receive a response?
As fast as we can get to you. During peak setup and removal season the phones run hot, so it can take a little longer then. One thing that speeds it up: tell us your lake, your equipment, and what you need done in your first message. The more we know up front, the more useful our first reply is.
